Fort Worth Water wants to hear from you! Ensuring our priorities are aligned with the needs of our customers is critical in establishing goals, expectations and performance measurements.
We are surveying customers to collect information about how the water and wastewater utility can improve our services to you. How can we use technology to enhance our level of customer service? What services would like to be able to do online that you cannot do now. We want to know what you think about the quality of our drinking water and wastewater services.
